One of the great advantages of this manufacturing process is the financial aspect of part production in large volumes.

 

Cold forming key advantages are:

We do work alongside the customers on development and product facilitation. One of these options is a change of manufacturing process from chip machining to cold forming.

 

Forming is performed in request of original characteristics preservation and by using equivalent materials and its eventual further hardening treatment. Given to high labour and material costs in the Czech Republic we place the production predominantly to abroad suppliers – Taiwan, India, America, Turkey and in very few cases to approved suppliers based in China.

 

All our suppliers are carefully selected upon following criteria:

 

All our suppliers are certified. Deliveries are performed in Kanban, processed to consignment stock or direct sale into customer´s stock. Surface coating finish is applied accordingly to the customer requirements and in compliance with following standards VW, BMW, Fiat, Ford, Daimler-Benz AG, General Motors, PSA, Hella, Koito, Automotive Lighting, Visteon and other.
