LAGUS s.r.o. was founded in 1998 with a focus on the production of small machined parts up to a diameter of 45 mm. With the expansion of production activities, we began to supply parts intended for the automotive industry and, due to the nature of the parts in demand and supplied, we began to supply cold-formed parts.
We are specialists in non-standard formed parts based on customer drawing requirements. You can find our parts in almost all car brands, especially in bumpers, chassis parts and shock absorbers, most often in automotive lighting technology. We supply products to Europe, Asia, South and North America.
In 2015–2020, we modernized the production park with Citizen long-turn CNC machines and completely replaced the machine and workshop equipment. We equipped the measurement center with modern devices, including automatic measurement records, and implemented the Industry 4.0 initiative.
We moved to a modern production facility in mid-2024. The new premises allow us to produce more efficiently, optimize processes, and provide a better working environment.
To increase the quality control of our products, we decided to purchase optical sorting equipment. These devices not only offer maximum accuracy, but also significantly optimize inspection processes. The main benefit of optical sorting equipment is the automated inspection of each manufactured part, which minimizes errors and ensures quality and high inspection speed.
In accordance with our strategy, in order to improve the quality of our services, we first obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2005, ISO 14001 certification in 2008, and in 2019 we expanded our certification to include IATF 16949. To ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality, and control, we have been using Palstat software since 2002, in which we keep all necessary records, including human resources.
For perfect order in warehouses and accounting, we use the ERP Money S4 information system. Lean production, Fi-Fo, Just in Time and kanban are a natural part of our daily activities. We communicate electronically (EDI) and deliver within the framework of consignment warehouses.
We are aware that having a quality product is not enough. An important aspect for choosing a supplier is the quality and level of services offered. Therefore, we try to approach each customer's request individually with a human approach, which is disappearing nowadays, and thanks to good teamwork of our colleagues.
